Wall-to-wall carpets and various types of slip-resistant, profiled floors are often nearly impossible to get clean. With a Duplex, even these floors are deep-cleaned, and wall-to-wall carpets look like new.

The Duplex is equipped with two brushes positioned at the front and back of the machine. One brush rotates clockwise and the other counterclockwise to collect dirt inside the machine. A welcome side effect is that the Duplex is easy to steer with just one hand.

With a reversible handle, you can easily change the machine’s direction. Rotate the handle half a turn and the machine faces the other way.

On a Duplex floor and carpet washer, the brushes are placed along one side of the machine. The result is that even the floor area right next to the walls gets cleaned.

A 420 Steam Plus is only 25 centimeters high, which means it can wash floors and carpets under, for example, tables.

Quiet operation

At a distance of one meter, the sound level is below 64 decibels—roughly comparable to a normal conversation in a room with background music. This means the Duplex can be used in occupied spaces without being perceived as disruptive.

The steam ramp on a 420 Steam Plus is located at the front of the machine and close to the floor.The steam is directed straight down to maximize its cleaning power, and the brushes then pick up all the dirt loosened by the steam.

The 420 Steam Plus has a low-water indicator and a stainless-steel steam stage featuring a completely new pressure-vessel technology, including a replaceable heating element.
